I won an auto-x event in my friend's 03 Civic EX. My civic was down for coilovers. I paid his entry and beat him by like 2 seconds or something like that. He was pissed. In his defense, it was his first auto-x event ever. So, don't ever doubt someone can drive your car better than you, because it is definately possible. :thumbs:

lol hopefully in 2 months ill be driving a worth while racer, i know my 17.3 car is slow. but it sure is fun to drive if i did the engine swap i want to do would put it into the mid/low 13's without a turbo, but i dont want to drop all kinds of money into the MR2 this car was bought with intentions of just being a commuter car to get me back and forth to work and school while my fbird was down.

OMFG WHY IS MY CAR OVERHEATING, I DROVE IT FROM WORK TO MY CHICKS HOUSE AND IT WAS BLOWING STEAM OUT OF THE HOOD AND IT WAS ACTING UP. ILL FIND OUT SUNDAY HOPEFULLY ITS NOTHING HUGE THATS GOING TO COST ME HUNDREDS.

OMFG IVE NEVER BEEN SO FREAKED OUT BEFORE IN MY LIFE, I WAS GOING HOME FROM MY CHICKS HOUSE TO MY HOUSE AND I COULD HEAR THE WATER BOILING FROM INSIDE OF MY CAR. SO I PULLED OVER TO TO LET IT COOL DOWN AND IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS PURGING NITROUS CONSTANTLY, IM TALKING LIKE 6 FOOT IN THE AIR WITH THE HOOD CLOSED. THOUGHT MY CAR WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. TURNS OUT MY SYSTEM WAS OVERFILLED, WAS NOT ABLE TO COOL DOWN BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM TO. SO I LET OUT MOST OF THE HOT WATER, DRAINED THE RESIVOIR, AND REPLACED THE HOT WATER WITH COOL WATER FROM CIRCLE K. IT COOLED DOWN AND STAYED COOL THE REST OF THE WAY HOME.

gonna flush my system on sunday, hell i might even invest in a new radiator just because (25 dollars for a new one on ebay) maybe some new hoses mine are 17 years old anyways.

My car freaked out once on my way back from a friends house. I noticed it was smoking and getting hot really fast. I immediately pulled it over to find that my hose to the radiator had sprung a large crack...it was past time for it to blow, so I had to get my dad to bring a hose, we filled it up and went home. That wasn't long after my car. I dunno which was a bigger deal...that my car was having issues or that I was a girl and actually new what was wrong with the car and what it needed. You've never seen a girl so proud.

slim get some headers then do a full tune up and run some nitrous. should be a quick fucker... do you still have a stock clutch? reason being we had a newly broken in stock clutch that went up in smoke with an 80 somethin shot.... i raced daniel and i shifted to 2nd gear and the clutch slipped and smoked its ass off... fuckin sucked... i had won 4 already though so it was pretty hot

slim doesnt look good for the MR2 i flushed the whole system today and my car is still overheating, the water isnt cycling it just sits and gets hot in the engine, im thinking its my water pump but im not sure. Im gonna be pimping the f150 until i figure out whats going on with it. but hopefully ill have it running right before the 8th.
