weeeell....the way I do it..i have this program called mobile phone tools. its a motorola program that goes with MOST moto phones. once you have it all set up then u just hook up a USB cable to the port ont he left side of your phone and transfer your files over. but at the same time, you should be able to send a txt message to your own or someone elses email account. you would just make a new txt msg, push "insert" then "picture" and pick the one you wanna send. then instead of putting in a phone number youd send it to the e-mail addy. another way would be to get on the mobile web and sign into your e-mail account from there (if its hotmail or yahoo) and send yourself an e-mail with the pic attaached. all of those ways should work. u can download (illegally of course) that moto program off limewire for sure and install it. its kinda tricky. i got my copy from a friend. this program also allows you to make your own ringtones for free ;) its nice stuff!

try Best Buy or one of the office places. jsut make sure that the end fits into your phone usb port. i got mine from the college. itll have one end smaller than the other. the people working there should knwo what you need. i couldnt even tell you how much cuz mine was free. but once you have the cable you still need the mobile phone tools program to extract the files from your phone.
