what you doin tomorrow? i need you to come use your honda god-like powers, and tell me which part i need to replace. my car's dead and i don't know which part it is. i have an idea, but it's between like 4 different things. i'm off tomorrow, so i should be there just about all day

what is it doing?

um...well, at first it was trying to start REALLY slowly, but not enough to crank over. then, it stopped doing that and started clicking (the starter selinoid i think), then it just stoped that all together. i think the battery when dead after i charged it up. could it just be a dead battery, so the starter isn't getting enough juice?

yep how old is the battery? if its not the battery try the altanator

CHARGE BATTERY AND THEN CHECK ALTERNATOR VOLTS. VOLTS NEED TO BE 13.0 TO 13.7 V WHEN THE CAR IS RUNNING. YOU WILL NEED A VOLT METER!!! IF VOLTS ARE BELOW 13.00, THEN YOU NEED A NEW ALTERNATOR.
