i don't know what the hell it is. but i'm being targeted by a fucking serial theif. you guys remember a little while back, my backpack was stolen out of my car infront of my house. well, now, yesterday, RIGHT after it was delivered. my package, that i bought from a guy on TRS got stolen off my damn doorstep. just paid for them and got them two brand new DVD-ROM/CD-RW drives for my computer. what the fuck!? i'm i that big of an asshole that some pussy has to steal from me? i work hard for my damn money, and get bitched at a lot by my woman, when i spend it. i have a feeling it was the same people across the road that stole the damn thing, cause school wasn't out yet for it to have been a school kid. i'm getting tired of this shit. what should i do. and keep it serious (and LEGAL) please. no "go kick door!" or nothing. that DOESN'T HELP.

Why don't you put a video camera outside your house and catch the motherfucker(s) on video. Set up some bait outside your house and record that shit, or just have a friend take your car so no one thinks your home(but be waiting inside) and catch them in the act and beat the fuckin shit out them. well, the biggest thing i'm worried about now, is if those assholes will try and fuck with my car or not. i don't have my alarm on there yet. not that there's anything inside worth a damn to steal, but they could fuck it up all the same. oh btw. can anyone install alarms?

If you never signed for the package(s), then you are not liable. This happened to me with an h-pipe that I bought. The UPS guy left it on my doorstep, and it got stolen. I'm sure that there are a lot of 96-98 cobras in clovis new mexico that this would cater to to have been stolen. I filed a claim with UPS, and challenged them to show me my signature. When they couldn't, they worked it out with laurel mountain mustang, and I got what I payed for. Give it a shot, worked for me.

problem is that it wasn't UPS it was the postal service. apparently they don't require signatures. delivery confirmations is apparently when it hits the address, instead of when it hits your hands.

well, i went up to the post office, they said there's nothing they can do, it was delivered and that's all they're supposed to do. unfortunately, i still have like 3 packages that have already been shipped, and the people used usps. does anyone own a video camera i can borrow?

Sorry to hear about your things getting stolen. I would invest in putting up a camer outside. Was it Ups that delivered or USPS cause if was for ups you can get them to make sure they get a signature before they leave things when you place your orders thats how we do for some reps here with Avon just a thought.

i'm still looking for a camera i'm gonna put up. i'm gonna mail myself an empty box. or have one of you to bring a box to my house and drop it off when i'm not there. and see if they come and get it. thing is....the way the outside of the house is, i'm not sure i have a place that they can't see the camera. for 2 reasons: 1) they may see the camera and put two and two together and not try anything. and 2) they may steal the damn camera as well. oh, almost forgot to tell you guys. i don't think i have to worry about them selling them at pawn shops. i went to that pawn shop on sam houston by my house, and asked them if anyone brought in anything like that, and he said that they can't take computer components. just whole computers. so that's good right? kinda narrows down my options?
