my father and i are planning on cruisin route 66 in the summer of 2008. we plan on staying overnight in small towns and not really bothering with the big cities. we also plan on meeting up with the hot rod power tour and going to some car shows on the way. we are going to go all the way out to where it stops at the pacific ocean. we decided on 2008 so we would have time to have everything finished on the camaro and the truck. anyone who wants to join in is more than welcome if you think your vehicle can make it.

lets see

2008

two years of more inflation

two years of years of the oil companies ruining our bank accounts

make sure you budget in about 1,000,000 dollars for gas :)

**i heard they are now giving out vaseline when you fill up your car at the pump**

Yeah it is, for those on the receiving end of the one with the displacement!!! LOL

Hey cruisinlow, It always makes me feel so good when I hear a son wants to help his dad make his dream come true. Jr. and I have made a few memories along the way and I hope to make many more with him and that cruise on Route 66 sounds awesome. I know my son is not a dream stealer, but like his dad he hates the oil companies for what they do to us all.

boost is a replacement for displacement........ BUT put the 2 together and that is not replaceable.

Ditto Jr..
Too many variables to go wrong with the juice. Usually if the car is not reinforced to handle the boost and spray the engine can suffer as well.
Hey Jr. figured out what happened at the track when the car smoked out the right side.
The two front left and right bank O2 sensors are gone and need to be replaced. Wanna help ?
