bondo a sheet of sheet metal to the bottom of the whole, then bondo over that, dont just straight up bondo

weld it up. bondo over 1/8 of an inch will end up cracking or bubbling. ask me how i know.

Yep weld it up then grind down. Then use filler to level out the body.

itll show up in a matter of weeks. i did a quick job shaving everything on my daily driver and a few weeks later it was bubbled and cracked.

***Edited by BULLDOG*** Would people please start using the Hyper Link at the top of the advanced post method instead of just cut and pasting a link into the quick reply box please!!!! It is really annoying to users when they have to scroll all the way with the slider bar to see what has been typed ....

If you click on the little world with the chain link in it, it will ask you for the web address and then you can name it "Click Here" or whatever .... It is really simple ...

Thank You for understanding ....

yeah but if your using quick reply you dont have that luxury.
anyways my suggestion to you is it sounds like more hassle than it it worth. but if I was going to do it I would just tach some of that bondo mesh in the holes or cutout some metal slugs and weld them in. grind the welds down and fill with bondo and sand. also would suggest just not putting the thing on and getting it running. no use having a fancy spoiler if your pushing the car around.

So take the extra split second that it takes and use the regular reply ?? :rebelstorm:
