FBI Killed in the line of duty in NJ

READINGTON, N.J. - An FBI agent was killed in a shootout with three bank robbery suspects Thursday in north central New Jersey, a law enforcement official said.

The official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the agent's family had not been told of his death, said the agent was alive when brought to University Hospital in Newark by helicopter, but efforts to save him failed.

it's pretty much confirmed that it was friendly fire.. they got the third suspect the next morning thanks to a call and elderly woman made..

Now, can they be brought up on murder charges or maybe some kind of manslaughter chages, due to the fact that if they weren't going to rob that bank, the FBI wouldn't have been there, and he would probably still be alive.

I am a strong supporter on the death penalty and states actually using it.. bu this is NJ.. they have it, but will never, ever, EVER use it... :roll: in this staes, the criminals have more rights then the citizens.

Thats why i love texas we take capital punishment seriosly we dont pussy foot around and wait for the lawyers to find something that the cop did wrong or that the crime scene inestigators screwed up on...no remorse
