Im wondering if u can make one street legal.... I know on 4wheelers u cant. But are bikes like the popo Razr able to be mad legal? Even if i had to like grind the vin off the frame. Could i get it registured as a home made kit car or somthin? I know theres gota be away. Whats the differnce of a razr vs a dune buggy they can be made street legal? Anyone have any ideas or know where i could get some more info?
Talking about the new Polaris Razr...
emissions system that is compliant with the year of the frame, working lights (high & low), blinkers (front & back), taillight, license plate lamp (rear),mirror(s), working brake system, restraint system, dot approved highway tires.
i cant remember if there is anything else but here is a helpful link.

Well i can add that stuff, would just need blinkers tires and license plate lamp, Even tho i have never seee a golf cart with all that?
well all of that is to pass inspection then you actually have to go through the titling process.

well if i was going to drive it on the road id put wipers and a windshield if i had to put, again golf carts dont have to have it? I think with a golf cart u can only go so far from ur house and what not, but u see them running around at port A. Thats somthing i would like to do..

Its possible ... go talk to the Tax Office and ask them or go to the DPS office and ask to speak with one of the Troopers.

you dont have to have emission systems on motorcycles, home built trikes or anything of that matter. so dean no u dont need one for that
If we lived in a place where they did emissions testing you would need one.
Hell even mopeds need to be licensed, insured, and inspected. I was shocked when I found that out ive always thought you didnt need anything you could just cruise them around and not get into trouble.

(7) "Slow-moving vehicle" means:
(A) a motor vehicle designed to operate at a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour or less; or
(B) a vehicle, implement of husbandry, or machinery, including road construction machinery, that is towed by:
(i) an animal; or
(ii) a motor vehicle designed to operate at a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour or less.
(8) "Slow-moving-vehicle emblem" means a triangular emblem that conforms to standards and specifications adopted by the director under Section 547.104
My understanding is that these RAZR's are gear for high speed cruising.
