I got a ticket last monday, for running a stop sign down in the park at 711 AM. Anyway, i have 3 choices Guilty Not Guilty and No Contest. Im wondering what no Contest is? I did run it, and plan to take defencive driveing to keep it off my insurance. What do i do guilty or No contest? Just no idea what no contest is?

i would say plead no contest. all it says is that your not saying you did it or didnt, just that you may not have the money etc....... to take it to court.

NO CONTEST FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO Contest means you are not denying or admitting anything ... If you are taking Defensive Driving for the Offense you need to go to the court and tell them ... they have paperwork you need to fill out ...

So whats the difference, i know i did it, it was raining and i just didnt see it. Ima call them tomarrow and see what all i need to do.

I mean i have seen tickets that were dumb or outragious. but i did this, i will man up to it.
