LS1 Tunning for Trucks

Patrick just finished up an initial tune on my 00 Tahoe and all I can say dam is this my truck!!!



It is a completely different truck now. Shifts so much better, no more valve clatter, throttle respond is crisp. Got to go through and do a couple maintenance items to it (O2's, plugs, wires, fuel filter) and then we will finish the tweaking.

Also if you have an 07+ Chevy or GMC with active fuel management, it can be tunned to stay in 4cyl mode longer dramatically improve mpg on the highway.

Drive a stock truck then one after being tuned and you'd swear something has been changed on it. Big difference it the way it drives. The stock tune sucks, real conservative on timing and torque management, and several other things. The box tunes you buy won't touich everything because they try to make it work on every car where Patrick tune is a custom tune for that truck.

seriously though............I'll be seeing you sometime next month probably.... I'm gonna see how much power my little motor puts down....and I need to dyno-tune my ignition timing and check my carb settings
