This site has been the victim of recent "hacking" attempts. Today we deleted approximately 100 "suspicious" accounts. These member accounts all had a post count of zero.

This section was created for new members to post a "Newbie" thread. We haven't decided how long we will allow new membership accounts to remain inactive (no posts), before we will delete them.

This does not involve accounts with a post count of 1 or greater.

Any suggestions, feel free to express them.

Thanks.

not that i'm a mod for this site or anything, but i have been on other sites in the past. i used to have it that if they didn't make their first 10 posts within a week, they didn't need to be there. a PM would be sent first, then if there was no reply or they just still didn't post, they'd be deleted.
just tryin to help steeda

We are going to look at the "Log In" record for a member's activity. We encourage members to post, but if they are logging in on a regular basis; their account will remain active.

NOPE.

Accounts with zero posts and zero activity will be considered for deletion.
