i got a dumb question. a friend of mine asked me is it legal to burnout on a patch of cement on his own property in town. example:he has a long drive way and lives in a neibor hood is it illegal or legal to burnout on his driveway or would he get a ticket for disturbing the peace or whatever

yes it is legal on his on property....i would know. ive got enough of these tickets for everyone on this site

If it is his own property and he can prove it, then he is good. As long as he is not on a roadway ..
