Well, its not a Cobra first of all. The cobra motor is a 4v 281. Not a 351.
All you would need would be the motor mounts, motor, and tranny. I would assume that you are going carbed, so you would need all of that other stuff to that goes with a carbed system.

Eep. Well what's a 351? Is there a modern version of it? Or just the ol skool winsars and clevelands?

Old School Windsors and Clevelands ...
The newer version for your body style is a 4v Motor. There is the 96/98/99/01/04

A 351W should drop right in....at least I know with the older Foxes it does. You just need swap headers and a hood that will clear it. There are a few misc. parts that i can't remember right off hand but a 393 stroker Windsor is a straight up nasty engine with the right heads/intake sitting on top of it.
