Finally got this to come together. The owner ,RiskeWS6, should be real proud of it when he gets it back. The car has 120K on it and is a true survivor of the sort. It was bone stock and clean as an whistle but was just a little tired. After some general maintanance,an Ls2 Cam, Long tube headers,UPD cold air, and a tune by none other than the magic man himself Mr Patrick G this one should run out great. Cant wait to put the finishing touches on it and strap it down to the dyno at LSx Performance Dyno Tuning. Were hoping for around 350 or so:slow04:

just curious, but why not just go with a 02-04 LS6 cam instead of the LS2 cam which is identical to the 2001 LS6 cam?

The cam was a pullout that i had on the shelf. We werent going to replace the cam until it was discovered that one lobe had some wear. This was just a clean up and repair to the old engine. it has 120K on it and in my opinion didnt warrant a bunch of heavy mods to an aging engine. The owner just wanted to freshen some things up:wtg:
