burn ban???

ok call me ignorant but i guess it just didnt seem right to me but the 5'o clock news (victoria news) said there is a burn ban, fireworks ban and bar b cue ban in 5 states Texas is included i forgot what other ones......My question is, well I dont really have a question i was wondering was I tripping, I did rewind it and to make sure i was hearing it correctly but it just doesnt seem right to me. UMMMM we are bar b cueing for new years are the cops gonna stop everyone from bar b cueing? Because i dont think every person watches the news to know this info. Can someone else vouch for what i saw? HMMMM Im confused :cry: :cry: :cry:

yea, I didn't watch the news.. but, it was in the newspaper this morning.. something about texas is to dry right now.. so the only way to pop fireworks is in saxet lake..(I think I spelled that right?) and the riverside park I think till 10pm. If it's after 10pm and you get catch poping fireworks it like a $180 ticket and a $386 for something else.

Yea, so anyway don't pop your fireworks after 10pm...AND don't sat texas on fire!..haha

I'm not sure about bar-b-qin'.. I think its the same as the firework law..not sure, don't quote me just read the newspaper.

Yea,people will do both regardless of rules. Most likely i'd be one of them if i planned on doing either tomorrow. That's kinda rediculous and i'm sure it threw a wrench in peoples new years plan.
