Ol chevelle still kickin some booty!

Went racing on 8-6-05 and I'll be darn if the ol chevelle didnt pull out a runner up finish. Pretty good considering I went out first round on a close race. I said what the heck came this far why not have a little fun. After I bought back that "ol faithfull" was going rounds even knocked out the number one in points on the way to second place.

I was pretty deadly on the tree my worst was a .534 other than me on and off the transbrake (flinch).604.

What was cool also is I got paired up in time trials against my pops. (when this happends we also try to see who gets the better light) I nailed the tree with an almost perfect .501, but beleive it or not that still didnt get My Dad he went .500 PERFECT. wow :shock:

All in all We had a great time but boy getting home at 4 a.m. was rough. I cant wait to do it again.

Thanks, Im loving it. Took it with me to the track and it turned a lot of heads lol. Needs a lil work here and there but nothing major.

A mikey, that's "coach" from Missouri City. His car runs good. I believe it is a built 346ci LS1 built by Thunder Racing. MADMAN worked on the suspension on his car. I met him @ Angelton Dragway when he first put that motor in his car.

No this is not my ride. It is a guy from Houston Steven aka WORMBOY. Car has ran a best of 8.23 in the 1/4 mile. Tring to get into the 7's.
