there are 4 cylinder 3000 gt s vic.
ive never heard of these "Four Cylinder" 3000gt's. The 3000 came with 3 motors and they were all 3.0L 6 cylinders. base 160hp, sl 220hp, vr4 325hp. now unless im crazy then jason is right but im pretty sure hes wrong. i think what hes talking about is the galant vr4. oh and vic it is possible to use a single turbo for a "V" application, but im sure you knew that.

i know you can run a single turbo. i was thinkin it would be easier to use factory turbo parts and alot cheaper...
you can run factory parts and use a single turbo, half the turbo setup means half the cost vic, and i dont mean to sound like a smartass when i said that. :thumbright:

no shit. i didnt know that...
It's easier to run the factory turbo setup than fabbing up the piping for both exhaust and intercooler. The cost between the two might be the same though or cheaper on the factory parts because you can find used factory parts

i figured so. i was deep into um when i was in the market. i want on a hunt that took us all the way to dallas trying to buy a vr4. something was wrong with everyone i was gonna buy so i was thinking of buying a newer sl for the same price and turboing it with stock parts which i found were not to expensive on 3000gt forums. i dont like to prove people wrong i just go along with what they say. but i am sure i know abit about em.
vr4 is twin intercooled and twin turbo both are independant until they get to the intake.
