Default help needed on removing axle bearing

well it all started with leaking axle seals. so i decided today after work i was going to tackle the job. good intentions went wrong. well i got the rear end apart, axles are out and all. i changed the drivers side seal without a problem. i get around to the passenger side and it looks like the bearing had started walking out of the axle

so i got a new bearing which is a repair kit. i now know through reading on the net, that it is common on the panthers 2003+, chew up axle bearings quite often. so i tried a slide hammer with no success. i ended up just tearing the roller bearings out.

so i was wondering if anyone else ever ran into this problem on a ford 8.8 rearend. does anyone have a tool like this i can borrow and try again.
